Contracting & Resource Services (CAR)
The CAR program offers contracting and recruiting services that most clients
are familiar with. After a period of assimilation clients have the option
of hiring our staff permanently.

RUSH
Our RUSH programs focus on mentoring and analysis services and are often acquired
for re-factoring existing projects and staff. We can work exclusively as RAMP-UP
consultants, enganged in the re-design of feature sets.
The program is designed to reduce roll-out time and maximize the release strategy.
If high-performance is a target policy, then RUSH services are essential to insure
that corporate policy is effectively applied and works with your IT division.

Partner
Partner programs operate to provide a re-usable set of out-sourced services.
We work through a pool of qualified contracting and recruiting firms to provide you
with the best resources at the lowest cost.
In addition, we mentor leaving staff to ease their transition
into the work-force. We accept and retrain employees unhappy with their current
employment, and help them find more suitable environments.
Finally, we work with your consultants to insure they provide a skill base appropriate to
your techology budget, business focus, and corporate goals.
